64% were refused in 2026. If yours is, we rebuild it free.
IRCC approved 36% of new post-secondary study permit applications in the first four months of 2026. The other 64% were refused.
Filled arc is approval. The gap is refusal.

Refusal risk tracks your profile and your file. A scan tells you where you actually sit before you pay the IRCC fee.
Refused on a file you built here? We rebuild it, free.
This applies only to applications built and submitted through Student Visa Express. If IRCC refuses one of those, we rebuild the whole application at no extra cost. It does not cover applications prepared anywhere else.

The route your application takes, as six stops on one line.
- Your documents. You upload them.
- The Red Flag Scanner, the main stop on the line. It reads your file against a reference source that sits off the route: the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and officer protocols. That source is something the scanner consults, not a step you take.
- Your flags, ranked, produced by checking your file for compliance.
- The line then takes a detour: for each flag, documents that address them. This is the part you pay for.
- Once resolved, the detour rejoins the main line.
- Submission package, the end of the line. You submit it to IRCC yourself.

Under the hood
Get rid of Ref Flags and reduce your risk of refusal.
An optical character recognition layer built for immigration documents reads each upload field by field, and a policy engine cross-references those fields against a corpus assembled from the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, IRCC operational instructions, and officer assessment guidance obtained under the Access to Information Act.
1. See your application the way an officer will see it.
Student Visa Express finds red flags in your application by checking your study permit file against the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the protocols officers are trained to assess against. Every flag is named in plain language and ranked by how much it matters. You see all of them, not a locked count.

2. Get the right supporting documents.
Now that you know your refusal risks, address them with the supporting documents immigration protocols actually require. Build a Statement of Purpose, put together your Proof of Funds, and complete your client information. The platform tells you what each document has to show, not just what it is called.

3. Ready to submit.
Download everything as one indexed package and follow the guide to submit it to IRCC yourself. If you want full confidence first, you can add a licensed Canadian immigration lawyer to review your file before it goes.

In partnership with the federal government.
The National Research Council of Canada is a federal government agency. One of the things it does is fund Canadian companies to build new technology. It funded ours.
The job was simple to describe. Teach software to read an applicant’s documents the way a careful person would, and catch the mistakes people miss in their own files. A date that does not match. A balance that falls short. A document that expired last month.
That research is what runs every time you upload a file to Student Visa Express.
Research funding supports the development of the technology. It is not a government endorsement of Student Visa Express.
You can read the government website yourself. What you cannot read is how the rules get applied.
IRCC publishes the requirements. It does not publish what an officer is trained to look for when they open your file. So we request those records under the Access to Information Act, and we keep requesting them.

Fernanda
Student visa approved after 2 refusals
"I had 2 rejections before as the company I originally hired scammed me. That’s when I came across ImmigrateAI Global and decided to give it a try. It made it so easy and accurate, after that, my visa was approved. Give it a try and you won’t regret it."
Maria
Student visa applicant from Colombia
"The letter of intention was the most stressful part of the process because of the way you have to talk to the government. SOP Builder from ImmigrateAI Global was the best option that I had as it’s a very personal experience. I think it’s an amazing tool. At the end, with the result that I got, I was feeling very comfortable."
Are you ready to start?
Everything the platform does assumes there is already an application to build around. If you are not there yet, we would rather tell you now than take your money and waste your time. Check the four that are true for you.
From a Designated Learning Institution in Canada, issued in your name, for a program with a start date.
Anything issued in another language has a certified translation with the original attached.
Bank statements, a GIC, or a sponsor’s records covering tuition plus living costs at the amount IRCC publishes for your situation.
