1. Who we are

ImmigrateAI Global Inc. ("ImmigrateAI Global," "we," "us") operates the immigrateai.global marketing site, the application at app.immigrateai.global, and related products including Recupo. Our registered address is 1800 Argyle St, Unit 801, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 3N8, Canada.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Cookie Policy.

2. Our privacy commitments

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
All Customer Data and User Data collected through our platform is stored on servers located in Canada.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
Immigration information is sensitive by nature. We apply data minimization: we ask for what a feature actually needs, and nothing more.
We do not sell your personal information.

3. What we collect

Marketing site (immigrateai.global)

You can browse this site without creating an account. Where a page offers an eligibility check, a lead form, or a contact form, we collect only the details you type in — typically your name, email address, and the answers relevant to that tool — so we can respond to you and follow up about the product you asked about.

We measure site traffic using Ahrefs Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Account features (app.immigrateai.global)

Account creation, sign-in, and session management are handled through Supabase. This involves your email address, authentication credentials, and session identifiers, together with the application data you choose to enter or upload while using the product.

Recupo

Where you use Recupo to prepare a document package, we process the documents and figures you upload for that purpose. Payments for Recupo are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

AI document preparation

Our AI document-preparation features are powered by Anthropic. Content you submit to those features is sent for processing so the feature can return a result to you.

4. Why we use your information

To provide, operate, and support the features you have asked to use.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To process payments for paid products.
To respond to enquiries, support requests, and forms you submit.
To improve the Service, in aggregated or de-identified form.
To meet our legal obligations.

5. Service providers

We share personal information with third parties only where it is necessary to deliver the Service, where the law requires it, or where you have explicitly authorized it. The providers we rely on are:

Supabase — authentication and application data for account features.
Stripe — payment processing for Recupo.
Anthropic — AI processing for document-preparation features.
Ahrefs Analytics — cookieless traffic measurement on the marketing site.

You also acknowledge that data submitted in connection with immigration applications may be requested by IRCC, CBSA, or other government bodies acting under their lawful authority.

6. Security and breach notification

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is stored on Canadian servers. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you within twenty-four (24) hours of discovering it and take all commercially reasonable steps to contain and remediate the incident.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain data for the period necessary to deliver the Service and comply with applicable law. On written request, we will delete or de-identify your personal data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, request access to it, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or ask for deletion as described above. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
